Hui Lau Shan --- Forget TTSH Mango Ice

MY FAVOURITE dessert stall in Hong Kong

Me having glutinous balls , with mango ice-cream and fresh mango slices all for 18 Hong Kong Dollars. Tianrong wake up !!! TTSH Mango Milk Ice is nao shi compared to this !

Lil' making no mercy of the Steamed Hashima and Bird's Nest in Coconut Milk served in Fresh Young Coconut... It was on promotion for 38 Hong Kong $$ instead of the usual 50 $.

Being the typical Yau Kwee-Rella I have always been , I opted for a second serving of Fresh Pomelo served with Mango Slices , Mango Icecream , fresh Mango pudding and Sago , while Lil' and CT gossiped about girls with long hair and guys with long.. er nmind.

I really loved Hui Lao Shan ( or Xu Liu Shan ) dessert stalls. They are found almost everywhere in Hong Kong to provide respite for the weary shopper , and I was so blessed to have a Hui Lao Shan just outside our hostel in Causeway Bay where I always had plenty of Mango,Hashima , Aloe jelly shakes in the cold wintry Hong Kong night after we finished our day's activities.
