Seeking Dinner in Causeway Bay

By the time we had settled check-in with Ah Long , we were all famished and decided to roam around the Causeway Bay area in search for dinner. This picture was taken at this fantastic Chinese eatery just under a stone flyover bridge next to Times' Square , approx. 10 minutes walk through Jardine's Bazaar from our hostel. It was initially a culture shock because it wasn't good enough just to communicate in fragmented Cantonese. Some Chinese , gesturing and fragments of Cantonese were what made us pull through, not to mention the services of our Cantonese service manager Lil'. All the menus were written in some horribly n-a-s-t-y Chinese Lit standard Chinese which was so daunting to read.. Where's Tan Siu Ching when we really need her ? It was really difficult trying to get across my point without knowing much Cantonese but it really made for authentic dining ... The servings and portion were aplenty for about 30 HKD , cheaper than Crystal Jade or Mouth Kitchen thankfully for a higher standard of "ngao lam". Kudos to CT for taking this lovely picture of me and my favourite dish hehe. Canto-Supremo !!
